This page is set in progressive overload: every section is 2.5 kg heavier than the last. Watch the type, and the counter up top.

Most training apps make you remember what you lifted. Muscle Memory remembers every set for you, then puts the next weight on the bar.

One session, start to finish.

Log a set in one tap

Weight and reps are filled in from last time. Every set saves to your phone first, so a basement with no signal changes nothing.

A rest timer that survives the lock screen

Put the phone in your pocket. The countdown keeps running, and the alert can buzz your watch when the next set is due.

The next weight, already decided

Reach the top of the range on every set and the next session starts 2.5 kg heavier. Two sessions without a gain and it flags the stall.

Bench taken? Swap it.

Pick a machine or dumbbell alternative in one tap. Its history comes along, and one more tap switches back.

Food, body and a coach that acts.

  • Photo to macros

Point the camera at your plate. Calories, protein, carbs and fat go straight into the day’s log.

    Nutrition

Photo scan result: chicken biryani with cucumber raita, 640 kcal, 32 g protein, 78 g carbs and 21 g fat, set to log as lunch.
  • Label to numbers

Scan a packaged food’s nutrition label instead of typing it in.

    Nutrition

Add food form filled from a label scan: crunchy peanut butter, 32 g serving, 190 kcal, 8 g protein, 6 g carbs, 16 g fat.
  • InBody sheet to chart

Photograph the printout. Weight, muscle mass and body fat land on your trend chart, dated from the scan.

    Body

Body trend chart over a quarter: weight climbing steadily from 71.2 kg in June to 74.2 kg in October.
  • A coach that does things

Ask it to log lunch, write a hotel room workout or rebuild a day of your plan. It makes the change, not just the suggestion.

    Coach

Coach chat: asked to log two chapatis, dal and curd, the coach logs 520 kcal and 24 g protein to lunch and marks the data updated.
  • Rest days, budgeted

Two rest days a week keep your streak alive. A third needs a reason, and the coach decides whether it counts.

    Streak

Streak protection request for an unscheduled rest day, with a food poisoning reason typed in and an Evaluate with AI button.

Questions.

How does double progression work?

Each exercise has a rep range, say 8 to 10. Keep the weight until every working set reaches 10, then the next session adds 2.5 kg and you build back up from 8.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Sets, swaps and meals save to your phone first and sync when you are back online.

What does the AI actually do?

It estimates macros from food photos, reads nutrition labels and InBody printouts, and runs a coach that can log meals, edit your plan or write a one-off workout. You can edit anything it logs.

What happens if I miss a day?

Workouts follow a rotation, not a calendar. Miss Tuesday and you pick up the same session on Wednesday, so no muscle group gets skipped.

Is it free?

Yes, it is free to use right now. Sign in with Google and your training, food and body data sync across your devices.
